For physicians, specialists, chiropodists, dentists, optometrists, lawyers and other professionals who would like to refer a patient to Grice Chiropractic and Associates.
The fastest way.
Please send your referral to the clinic closest to your patient by email: info@gricechiropractic.ca for Newmarket, or info@grice4health.com for Toronto.
Include the patient's name, contact information, the reason for referral, and any imaging or reports you believe are relevant. Do not send any confidential information by unsecured email — use your clinic's secure transfer system if available.

We handle the paperwork.
We are comfortable working with motor vehicle accident insurers under the Ontario standard process including OCF-18 treatment plans. For WSIB claims we will coordinate with the case manager directly. Please include claim numbers and adjuster contact information with your referral where available.
