Chiropractic, physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, psychotherapy and naturopathic medicine — delivered by a team that works in the same rooms, reads the same notes, and treats the whole person, not a single complaint.
Dr. Adrian Grice opened our first clinic in 1959 after a chiropractic treatment for what would come to be known as neck-tongue syndrome changed the course of his career. He went on to help define the condition in the medical literature and to build a practice that prized careful listening and patient outcomes above all else.
Today that same practice is led by his sons and his grandchildren. The buildings have moved, the disciplines have multiplied, and the technology has changed completely. What hasn't changed is the approach — conservative, evidence-informed and deeply patient-centred.
Most clinics list a roster of practitioners and leave patients to guess which one to see. We work the other way around. Your chiropractor, physiotherapist, massage therapist, acupuncturist and naturopathic doctor share the same building, the same assessment, and the same plan — with care that follows three phases our family has been refining since 1959.
Your first visits focus on reducing pain and restoring basic function. Visit frequency is higher at the start and tapers as you improve.
Once acute symptoms settle, care shifts toward rebuilding strength, mobility and resilience with adjustments, physiotherapy and therapeutic exercise.
Periodic maintenance visits to keep your gains, catch small issues early, and support the life you want to live.
The body mends in quiet rooms with people who listen. That is the work we do here — and have done, carefully, since 1959.
We describe what our practitioners do, not what they claim to cure. Every service is delivered within the regulated scope of its profession, and every treatment plan begins with a proper clinical assessment.
Manual adjustments, mobilization, soft tissue therapy and adjunct modalities delivered by Doctors of Chiropractic registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Assessment and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal concerns, delivered by physiotherapists registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Deep tissue, sports, prenatal, myofascial release and positional release therapy, provided by Registered Massage Therapists in good standing with CMTO.
Both registered acupuncture (R.Ac) and contemporary medical acupuncture within chiropractic scope, used to support recovery from musculoskeletal complaints.
Talk-based mental health care delivered by a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practising under clinical supervision. Newmarket only.
Consultations with a Naturopathic Doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, currently offered by telephone.
A custom-manufactured scoliosis bracing system led by a certified provider at our Toronto location.
Assessment, gait analysis and fabrication of custom foot orthotics, plus supportive footwear options.
On-site high-speed digital imaging to support chiropractic assessment where clinically indicated.
The rooms are small, the team is close, and the work gets done without fanfare.
Our practitioners share records and referrals between locations. Start your care at the clinic closest to home and travel between them as your plan requires.
Every practitioner at Grice is registered in good standing with their respective regulatory college in Ontario. Credentials are listed alongside each team member and are verifiable through the public registers of each college.
We keep the intake experience straightforward. If you have questions before arriving, call the clinic closest to you or send a general message through our contact form. Please do not share health details over email — we will gather that information privately at your first visit.
Choose your clinic, your discipline and your preferred practitioner through our secure booking portal.
Government ID, extended health or auto insurance details, and a comfortable change of clothing for assessment.
Your first visit includes a clinical intake, an examination and a discussion of your care plan. Every step is consent-based.
